Laura Spencer

Laura is the founder and Managing Director of Trinity, with a wealth of experience in the IT market, having spent 25 years recruiting technology leadership and senior appointments in the UK and Europe. She has both breadth and depth of experience across a number of key technology areas, including IT leadership hires, IT architecture & strategy, transformational change and senior delivery roles.

Laura’s earlier career includes 7 years with SThree as a Managing Consultant and latterly 3 years leading the Technology practice for a boutique search & selection firm. She has extensive experience running contingent, retained search and volume recruitment campaigns in addition to talent consulting and organisational development. Laura holds a law degree and speaks fluent French and Spanish.
