Fees

Trinity offer a pragmatic, fair and flexible approach to our charge rates. We offer a number of different fee structures dependent on the level of role you wish to recruit, the required skill set and the recruitment methodology you select. We are happy to offer flexibility where appropriate and always ensure you are happy with both the agreed fee and the rebate period prior to commencement of work.

• Contingent roles – fee structure dependent on the salary level of the role and the skill set required. We only charge on the base salary offered and invoice on the day the candidates starts in your business.  Fees are pro-rated for fixed-term contracts of less than 12 months in duration.
• Search & Selection – typically the fee will be invoiced in 3 tranches, agreed with the client in writing at the commencement of the assignment. This is usually an initial retainer, a shortlist and a completion fee.
• Interim roles – we are happy to work within a set project budget or alternatively to a fixed daily contract margin.
