Managing Director - Laura Spencer
Laura has a wealth of experience in the ICT market, having spent 10 years recruiting technology leadership and senior appointments in the UK market. She has both breadth and depth of experience across a number of key technology areas, including IT leadership hires, architecture & strategy, transformational change and senior delivery roles. Laura’s earlier career includes 7 years with SThree as a Managing Consultant and latterly 3 years leading the Technology Practice for a boutique search & selection firm. She has extensive experience running contingent, retained search and volume recruitment campaigns in addition to talent consulting and organisational development. Laura holds a law degree and speaks fluent French and Spanish. |
